Job Description

Join our team as an International Customer Support Representative,
specializing in the education sector. We welcome both freshers and
experienced individuals with a minimum of 6 months of experience in
international voice processes to provide exceptional support to our global
customers in the education industry.
Responsibilities:
Interact with international customers in the education sector via phone, email,
or chat, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and ensuring a positive
customer experience.
Utilize your excellent communication skills to empathetically and effectively
resolve customer concerns and provide information on educational services.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and
transactions.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and
exceed performance targets.
Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding educational
programs, enrollment procedures, and other related queries.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: PUC.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice processes,
preferably in a customer support role.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Ability to work a 5-day week with 2 days off and utilize provided two-way cab
transportation.
Salary: Up to 29,000
