Job Title: Debt Collection Agent

Job Location: Tin Factory, Bengaluru

Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Debt Collection Agents. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and debt collection, and have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Fluency in Hindi is a plus. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to collect outstanding debts, maintaining accurate records of collection activity, and providing excellent customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to collect outstanding debts
Maintaining accurate records of collection activity
Providing excellent customer service
Communicating effectively with customers and team members
Meeting or exceeding collection targets
Qualifications:

Graduates or PUC with experience in debt collection, freshers are also welcome
Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
Proven track record of success in debt collection or customer service
Benefits:

Competitive salary range for freshers: 15k, experienced candidates with debt collection experience: up to 20k take home
Day shift
Age limit: upto 30 years
Selection Process: VT8 assessment, HR/ops
