Job Title: Seller Management Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Seller Management Executive at Meesho. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in ecommerce seller support, with excellent English and Hindi fluency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 30-35 sellers, providing support and solving any issues they may have, increasing sales, and implementing strategies to retain sellers.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of 30-35 sellers
Providing support and solving any issues sellers may have
Increasing sales and implementing strategies to retain sellers
Analyzing customer behavior and finding ways to increase the reach of sellers’ products
Encouraging sellers to purchase any special services or subscriptions that may be available
Qualifications:

Any Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in ecommerce seller support
Fluency in English and Hindi
Benefits:

CTC of upto 25000/-pm with a take-home salary of 20362/-pm
Quarterly bonus of 3744/-
6 days working with Sunday as a fixed off
Work from office in Shivajinagar, Bangalore
Selection Process: HR/ops round
