Job Title: Titanium Voice (Black) Domestic Voice

Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals with strong language skills to join our team as Titanium Voice (Black) Domestic Voice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer support over the phone, helping customers resolve issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Provide product and service information to customers
Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
Requirements:

Graduation from a recognized university with a minimum of 15 years of education
Strong command of English and Hindi/Malayalam/Marathi/Gujarati/Tamil
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle difficult customer situations with tact and diplomacy
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Location: Bommanhalli

Working Hours:

Boys: Rotational shift (Any 9 hours)
Girls: 6am to 8pm (Any 9 hours)
2 rotational week off
Salary: Up to INR 20,000 per month as take-home stipend

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role

Language proficiency: Versant 5 and above
