Salary: 13,671 INR Take Home

Job Type: Full-time

Education: Graduates or Undergraduates

Experience: Fresher or Experience

Languages: English + Hindi

Work Schedule: 6 Days a week with 1 rotational week off; Day rotational shift (6am to 8pm), Any 9 hours

Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our customer support team for the PAYBACK process. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate and complete information to customers
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution
Maintain a high level of product and process knowledge
Meet individual and team performance targets
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:

Graduates or Undergraduates
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work in a day rotational shift (6am to 8pm), any 9 hours
