Job Type: Full-time

Education Requirements: Graduate or Undergraduate degree

Experience Requirements: Freshers or Experienced candidates are welcome

Language Requirements: Fluent in English and Hindi

Job Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues and handle customer complaints
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
Accurately log and document customer interactions and transactions
Identify customers’ needs and provide solutions to meet their expectations
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve problems in a timely manner
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
Work Schedule: 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off, Day Rotational Shift (6am to 8pm) for any 9 hours.

Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult customer situations
Ability to work in a team environment
Good computer and typing skills
