Startek is currently seeking a customer support representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Flipkart customers. This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information on products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate and complete information on products and services
Resolve customer complaints and issues
Meet or exceed performance targets
Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications:

Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support domain is mandatory
Fluent in English and Hindi
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6 working days and rotational off
Day rotational shifts
Salary:

Up to 20k (25k CTC)
No cabs provided
Quality:

VT 9&10 quality required
