Customer Support Executive

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team at [Rupeek]. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-6 months of experience in a BPO telecalling environment and possess excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil.

Responsibilities include:

Handling and resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
Continuously improving knowledge of company products and services
Qualifications:

PUC
Minimum of 3-6 months of experience in a BPO telecalling environment
Fluency in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu and Tamil
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Day Shift
The role offers a competitive salary of up to 18k take home. The work location is BTM Layout.
