Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Transform/Optus Voice Process Agents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with experience in voice process are preferred, but freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and meeting or exceeding performance targets.

UG fresher or experience
