We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Customer Support Representative to join our team at ABC Technologies. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, helping to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, and will be responsible for identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Identify and escalate customer complaints to the appropriate department
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a International customer support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Experience with CRM software
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
