Job Title: International Voice Process Executive (Lead Generation)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced International Voice Process Executive with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in Lead Generation. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be able to work in a U.S Rotational shift. The position is located in Kothnur/Hbr, and a 2-way cab will be provided within 12kms if you opt for it, and cab charges will be deducted from your salary.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospects in the United States for lead generation
Follow up with potential leads and build a pipeline of prospects for the sales team
Achieve daily and monthly targets for lead generation and call volumes
Maintain accurate and timely records of all leads generated and follow-ups conducted
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice process, specifically in lead generation
PUC/Graduation qualification
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a U.S Rotational shift
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
Should be located in Kothnur/Hbr or nearby areas
