Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at ECPL. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers through outbound calls and email campaigns. You will be working with an international customer base and will be required to have excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls and email campaigns
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly lead generation targets
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and concerns
Continuously strive to improve lead generation processes
Work in collaboration with other teams to ensure customer needs are met
Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in an international voice process, specifically lead generation
PUC/Graduation degree
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
