We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an International Voice Process Executive. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of international voice experience in lead generation, excellent English communication skills, and a PUC/Graduation qualification. The location of the job is Kothnur/HBR, and the shift timings will be on a U.S rotational shift.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers in the U.S to generate leads for the company’s products/services
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with potential customers
Update customer information in the company’s database
Ensure timely follow-up with customers and maintain accurate records of all interactions
Stay up-to-date with the company’s products/services and industry trends
Collaborate with the team to achieve team targets
Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of international voice experience in lead generation
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
PUC/Graduation qualification
Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with potential customers
Ability to work on a U.S rotational shift
Willingness to work in Kothnur/HBR location
Experience in handling a 2-way cab service within 12kms of the location is preferred
Salary expectations of 20-26k take-home pay
Domestic experience and freshers will not be considered.
