Job Description:
Bigbasket is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our non-voice customer support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through email and chat interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and efficient solutions
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Identify and escalate issues as appropriate
Maintain customer records and update customer information in the system
Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards
Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services
Qualifications:
10+2, Graduation or Post-Graduation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to work in a team and independently
Typing speed of 27 words per minute
Age criteria upto 32
Salary:
Freshers: 15,000
Experienced candidates: Up to 20,000
Shifts:
6AM to 7PM for female(in-between 9 hours shift)
6AM – 11PM for male(in-between 9 hours shift)
