Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telesales Representatives. The ideal candidate will be a graduate or have PUC with experience in telesales, and possess strong communication skills in both English and Hindi. Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in Hindi. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling outbound sales calls, meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound sales calls to potential customers
Meeting or exceeding sales targets
Providing excellent customer service
Communicating effectively with customers and team members
Qualifications:

Graduates or PUC with experience in telesales, freshers are also welcome
Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
Benefits:

Competitive salary range for freshers: 15k, experienced candidates with telesales experience: up to 22k take home
Day shift
Age limit: upto 30 years
Selection Process: VT8 assessment, HR/ops
