Job Title: International Mortgage Voice Collection Agent
Job Description: We are looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join our International Mortgage Voice Collection team. The role involves handling customer inquiries and providing solutions for mortgage-related issues in a voice process, with a strong focus on collections. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an international voice process, preferably in mortgage collection, and possess excellent English communication skills. VT12 quality is expected.
Responsibilities: -Handling customer interactions and providing solutions for mortgage-related issues in a voice process, with a focus on collections -Meeting and exceeding quality standards -Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions -Providing exceptional customer service
Qualifications: -Graduation Mandate with Minimum of 1 year of experience in an international voice process -Preferred experience in mortgage collection -Excellent English communication skills (VT12 quality) -Graduate degree or higher
Salary: -Up to 5L (upto 30k to 35k TH based on experience)
Work Schedule: -US Shift (Fixed night shift) with Saturday & Sunday off
Location: -ITPL Whitefield
Work Mode: -Work from office
Immediate joiners required, Virtual round is mandatory
