Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced candidate to join our Non-Voice Customer Support team for India’s Online Grocery. The role involves handling customer inquiries and providing solutions for online grocery-related issues through chat. The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills, a typing speed of at least 27 wpm, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: -Handling customer interactions and providing solutions for online grocery-related issues through chat -Meeting and exceeding quality standards -Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions -Providing exceptional customer service
Qualifications: -10+2, Grad and PG -Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply -Strong written communication skills -VT-10 quality -Age Criteria – Upto 32
Salary: -Freshers: 15k -Experience: Upto 20k
Work Schedule: -6AM to 7PM for female -6AM to 11PM for male
Location: -Tin Factory
