Position: Sales Executive – India’s Largest E-commerce Platform (Flipkart)

Join our team at Globia for the Sales Process of India’s Largest E-commerce Platform as a Sales Executive. We’re seeking candidates with a minimum of 6 months of sales experience, fluency in English and Hindi, and a passion for driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to promote products and services offered by India’s Largest E-commerce Platform.
Utilize your sales experience to understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide tailored solutions to drive sales.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce platform’s offerings, including product features, promotions, and benefits.
Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales quotas.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience and foster customer loyalty.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
Fluency in English and Hindi, both verbal and written, is essential.
Minimum qualification: PUC.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must have their own transportation as no cab facility is provided. Day shift only.
Salary: 22,000 with Unlimited Incentives
