Job Description

1. Must be able to work at different locations inter and intra states as per the company’s requirement.
2. Oversee the daily smart parking operations, responsible for parking payment collected and revenue management
3. Manage operational staff on the ground
4. Monitors equipment, supplies, and device inventories needed to support field activity
5. Responsible for leading safety meetings and performing parking facility inspections
6. To coordinate and supervise the work of the Parking team, and to monitor and review the effectiveness of works and services undertaken.
7. To oversee the delivery of efficient and effective services in relation to parking management
8. To be the company’s technical expert in relation to the management and provision of parking enforcement matters.
9. To manage and maintain the parking infrastructure, including hiring of employees, scheduling work, improvement schemes and developing new initiatives.
10. To manage the facilities, hire and train a team for maintenance and operational staff.
11. To prepare and present daily reports to management regarding parking data (payment related data, occupancy related data wherever applicable)
12. To ensure that service delivery complies with current regulations, accepted professional standards, the client’s policies and procedures and appropriate legislation
13. Communicates concerns between management and Team Members
14. Responds to and assists with emergency situations that may occur
15. Ensures all duties in assigned area are performed in a safe manner and by established guidelines
16. Inspires and motivates team members to work together and achieve success beyond expectations
17. Work closely with the team members, Marketing, IT and Accounting departments on a daily basis
18. To open and/or close the parking operations
19. Make sure vehicles enter lots in timely manner
20. Monitor grooming standards and recommend changes to parking dept. (All employees must come to work according to Rezin’s policy)
21. Schedule breaks and lunches, monitor employees timeliness of coming to work and break schedules, making sure department is sufficiently covered when people go on breaks and leaves.

Skills in:
• Operating a computer and related software packages.
• Supervising subordinate staff;
• Interpreting and applying applicable laws, rules, and regulations;
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory;
• Monitoring the performance of vendors and contractors;
• Preparing basic financial reports related to retail operational activities;
• Utilizing computer technology used for basic communication, point of sales, data gathering and generating reports. (if required)
Ability to:
• Defuse anger and establish or restore harmony;
• Work with multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced and changing environment;
• Remain calm under high pressure/difficult situations;
• Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree in any field
2) Report generation and presentation
3) Preferably, Proficient with google sheets (excel), slides (presentation)
4) Minimum of 2 years of experience in parking operations
