We are looking for an experienced and dynamic International Team Leader to join our top MNC company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership qualities, team management skills, and advanced proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and managing a team of international professionals to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
Providing guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to ensure they meet and exceed performance goals.
Communicating with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
Generating and analyzing reports using advanced Excel skills to monitor team performance and progress.
Conducting regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions to maintain a motivated and engaged team.
Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or in a similar leadership role.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage a team of professionals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
