Job Description
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business and driving sales growth through proactive outbound sales activities. This role primarily focuses on engaging with potential customers over the phone, email, and other digital communication channels. The Inside Sales Executive collaborates closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other key stakeholders to identify and pursue sales opportunities, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer needs, explaining product features and benefits, and addressing any concerns or objections.
II. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to foster long-term business partnerships.
III. Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and gather feedback. IV. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
V. Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and to identify potential opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
VI. Sales Performance and Reporting:
VII. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives on a regular basis. VIII. Continuously track and analyze sales metrics, such as conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and average deal size, to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
❖ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with prospects and customers effectively.
❖ Having good communication in Hindi and English languages. Having a good hold in other languages will be an added advantage.
❖ Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
❖ Goal-oriented mind-set and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
❖ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
❖ Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks.
❖ Knowledge of the industry, market trends is a plus.
❖ Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role is an added advantage. ❖ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
