Job Description:

Startek is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team in Shivaji Nagar. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer queries and concerns.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to our clients
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
Continuously strive to improve customer service processes
Work in collaboration with other teams to ensure customer needs are met
Qualifications:

Graduation degree
Minimum 1 year of experience in the customer support domain
Excellent written and verbal English and Hindi communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility to work day rotational shifts
VT 9&10 quality required
