We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Customer Service Executives for our Expedia account. The role involves handling customer queries and providing support through a blended semi-voice process. Candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service are preferred.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and concerns through calls, chats, and emails
Provide timely and accurate solutions to customers’ questions and issues
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
Adhere to company policies and procedures while dealing with customers
Meet and exceed individual and team targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals
Requirements:
Graduation is mandatory for freshers
UG with minimum 1 year of experience is required for experienced candidates
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Knowledge of any additional language would be an added advantage
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on weekends
Versant score of 58 or above is mandatory
