lead generation specialist (international Voice)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced International Voice Process Executive with a minimum of 6 months of international voice experience in lead generation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and the ability to handle outbound calls to generate leads.

Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to potential customers in the US to generate leads.
Providing information about the products or services of the company.
Generating interest and qualifying leads for the sales team.
Achieving and exceeding daily and weekly targets.
Maintaining and updating customer information in the database.
Collaborating with the sales team to ensure the achievement of business goals.
Providing exceptional customer service to potential customers.
Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of international voice experience in lead generation.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
PUC/Graduation qualification.
Ability to work in a US Rotational Shift.
Willingness to work in Kothnur/HBR, Bangalore.
Should have a two-way cab facility available within a radius of 12kms. If opting for the cab, charges will be deducted from the salary.
Candidates who have only domestic experience or are freshers will not be considered.
