Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our International Voice team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the International Voice team
Ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped to handle customer inquiries and complaints
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve team performance and efficiency
Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Schedule and manage staff to ensure adequate coverage and timely response to customer needs
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members
Qualifications: graduation
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
