Job Description

We are seeking customer support agents for our chat process team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via live chat. The role requires the ability to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations
Document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
Communicate customer feedback to relevant departments and management
Qualifications:

Proven customer service experience (for experienced candidates)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good typing speed (25 wpm mandatory for fresher, 35 wpm mandatory for experienced)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred (experienced)
Working Hours: 6 days a week, with 1 rotational day off. Rotational day shift (male 6am to 11:30 am, female 6am to 6:30 pm)

Salary: 15k for freshers and 20k for experienced.
