Client Relationship Officer (CRO)

Job Description

Work Schedule: US Shift, 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs
Location: Kothnur
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in US calling, with experience in a travel agency and knowledge of CRM software such as SAP CONCUR or Expedia (preferred)
Benefits: 2-way cab service provided at a chargeable cost within a 15km radius.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up
Identify and understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs
Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions and data
Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
