Client Relationship Officer (CRO)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relationship Officer (CRO) to join our team in Kothnur Branch. The CRO will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, as well as generating new business through outbound sales and B2B appointment setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in US Outbound Sales and B2B appointment setting and able to work in US Shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
Generate new business through outbound sales and B2B appointment setting
Meet and exceed sales targets
Provide excellent customer service to clients
Attend client meetings and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in US Outbound Sales and B2B appointment setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Flexibility to work in US Shift
Salary: 20K-25K

Working Days: 5 Days with 2 days rotational off
Transportation: 2 ways cab provided (chargeable radius upto 15kms)
