Customer Support and Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support and Sales Representatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering customer inquiries, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Close sales by building rapport with potential customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the appropriate solutions
Provide accurate and timely information to customers about products and services
Meet or exceed established sales and customer service goals
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Continuously improve knowledge of products and services
Qualifications:

3-6 months of experience in BPO telecalling
PUC or equivalent education
Fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu (for customer support role) or English, Hindi, Kannada (for relationship manager role)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and customer service goals
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
