Customer support (international voice)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated customer support representative to join our international voice process team. The ideal candidate will have a PUC degree with experience in customer support, or a graduate degree for freshers (no BE/BTech) and excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Provide accurate and complete information to customers
Document customer interactions and transactions
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:

PUC degree with experience in customer support, or a graduate degree for freshers (no BE/BTech)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
VT 12 quality score
Shift:

Night shift for the UK
Rotational shifts
Salary:

Fresher’s – 16000
