Job Description

Nobroker, a fast-growing real estate company, is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in Kaikondrahalli, Sarjapur. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing deals to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, and online research.
Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable properties.
Manage client relationships, follow-up on inquiries, and provide ongoing support.
Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue growth.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong sales skills and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Good understanding of the real estate market and current trends.
Experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related fields.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
