Job Description
First Advantage is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Voice Process. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via phone and email
Resolve customer issues and complaints
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Meet or exceed customer service standards
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and concerns
Requirements:
VT 12 or above
Minimum education of 10+2
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Prior experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be located within 20kms of ITPL
