Job Description
● Proven functional Inside Sales experience.
Functional knowledge on sourcing potential new customers and communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
● Excellent verbal and written communications skills
● Strong listening and presentation skills
● Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day (Active listening and Resilience – Communicating with conviction)
● Working / Availability knowledge of Sales Intelligent software’s
● Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
● Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
● Understanding on sales targets & funnel break up (lead qualification process) adding up to plan target achievement
Desirable
● Explorative Knowledge about campaign elements for a successful ISR
● Upselling products and services.
● Maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
● Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our IT products. ● Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
● Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
● Advising customers on technology upgrades and related products / Services.
● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
● Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
