Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced process trainer to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for training new and existing employees on various business processes, systems, and procedures to ensure maximum productivity and quality performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting training sessions for new and existing employees on various business processes, systems, and procedures
Developing and updating training materials and resources as per the company standards
Assessing the training needs of the employees and creating training plans accordingly
Collaborating with the operations team to identify areas where additional training may be required
Conducting assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness and adjust training programs as necessary
Providing feedback and coaching to employees to improve their performance and achieve business objectives
Maintaining records of training sessions and tracking employee progress
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience as a process trainer in a similar industry
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Good understanding of various training methods and techniques
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and work well under pressure
Graduation or PUC certification in any field
