We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Nobroker. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales by prospecting, generating leads, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:

Generating leads through cold calling, email, and other means of communication
Conducting sales presentations to potential customers
Negotiating and closing deals with customers
Maintaining and updating the customer database
Achieving monthly sales targets
Providing exceptional customer service
Collaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth post-sales operations
Staying up-to-date with product and industry knowledge
Requirements:

Prior experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
Good negotiation and closing skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to achieve sales targets
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
