We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in the Australian shift. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in international lead generation.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads for the company by making outbound calls to potential clients in Australia.
Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and update the database regularly.
Follow-up with potential clients via email and phone calls.
Schedule appointments with potential clients for the sales team.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation.
Provide feedback to the team on the quality of leads generated and suggest ways to improve the lead generation process.
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies.
Requirements:

PUC / Degree / Diploma qualification.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in international lead generation.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work in the Australian shift.
Good understanding of the lead generation process.
Experience with CRM software and other lead generation tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
