We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales for our real estate services. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales in the given location.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, email marketing, and referrals.
Conduct site visits with potential customers and give them a detailed understanding of our services.
Follow up with potential customers and close deals in a timely manner.
Maintain and update customer databases and reports.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:

Fluent in English and Hindi.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills.
Salary: 17k to 25k based on experience.
