Kredit Bee is looking to hire a Collection Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers who have missed payments or defaulted on their loans, with the aim of collecting outstanding debt.

Responsibilities:

Contact customers who have missed payments or defaulted on their loans, using appropriate methods of communication such as phone calls, SMS, or emails.
Follow up on outstanding payments and arrange for payment collections from customers.
Negotiate payment plans with customers to help them meet their obligations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities.
Work closely with the Operations team to resolve customer issues and queries related to payments and collections.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to collections.
Requirements:

Education: PUC/Graduate, Fresher or with prior experience in collections.
Language skills: Proficient in English and Hindi, with knowledge of any one South Indian language.
Age limit: Up to 30 years.
Quality: VT8
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
Willingness to work in day shifts.
Salary:

The salary for this position will be up to 20,000 TH, based on experience and qualifications.

Selection Process:

The selection process will involve two rounds of interviews – HR and Operations.
