Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be responsible for sourcing potential new customers, communicating with them, making outbound calls, and following up on leads to generate sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong phone presence, and experience dialing dozens of calls per day. They should be familiar with sales intelligence software, have a good understanding of customers’ needs, and be able to identify sales opportunities. Additionally, the ISR should be proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools, have a good understanding of sales targets and funnel break-up, and be able to add up to the plan target achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
Source potential new customers and communicate with them to identify sales opportunities
Make outbound calls and follow up on leads to generate sales
Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities
Demonstrate the technical features and benefits of our IT products
Maintain regular contact with existing customers
Upsell products and services to customers
Explain and demonstrate features of products and services
Advise customers on technology upgrades and related products/services
Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Work with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Achieve sales targets and funnel break-up
Requirements:
Proven functional Inside Sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Working/Availability knowledge of Sales Intelligent software’s
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Understanding of sales targets and funnel break-up (lead qualification process) adding up to plan target achievement
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Desirable:
Explorative Knowledge about campaign elements for a successful ISR
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Knowledge about upselling products and services
