Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team at 247.ai as a Voice Process. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or experienced candidates to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and be able to work in a graveyard shift.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels
Record and document customer interactions and transactions
Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work in a graveyard shift
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome to apply
Salary:

Freshers: 19k TH
Experienced candidates: Upto 28k TH (based on experience)

Marthalli
2-way cab service within 20km of the office for employees
Working Hours:

5 days working and 2 days rotational off
