Teleperformance is looking for a skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team in Hebbal, Bangalore. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our NRI customers through inbound voice calls. The role requires the candidate to have a minimum of 1 year of BPO voice experience, preferably in the banking sector, and must possess excellent English and Hindi communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service through inbound voice calls and address customer queries and concerns effectively and efficiently.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, issues, and disputes in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Communicate with internal teams to provide solutions to customer issues and concerns.
Meet performance targets in terms of customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements and customer needs.
Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory for this role.
Minimum 1 year of BPO voice experience, preferably in the banking sector.
Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts (8am-8pm window for females, 8am-1am window for males) and weekends.
Must be willing to work from the Hebbal location.
