We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our NRI banking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling their queries and concerns, and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries related to NRI banking products and services
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate solutions to their queries
Resolve customer complaints and issues by coordinating with internal teams and providing the best possible solution
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell banking products and services to customers
Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as compliance with regulatory guidelines
Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 1 year of BPO voice experience, preferably in banking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts (8am-8pm window for female, 8am-1am window for male)
5 days working with 2 days rotational off
