Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Travel Agency Process Associate to join our team at a top MNC company in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling travel bookings, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires exceptional communication skills and a good understanding of international travel regulations.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with their travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services
Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues and concerns in a timely manner
Handle and process customer payments and refunds
Keep up-to-date with travel regulations, airline policies, and destination requirements
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
Graduates with a background in travel and tourism or hospitality preferred
Experience in an international travel process is mandatory
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
Proficient in using computer systems, including MS Office and GDS software
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and weekends

Salary for fresher candidates: 18k per month
Salary for experienced candidates: 28k per month
