Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints through live chat in a professional and efficient manner
Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals
Assist customers with their needs and resolve any issues they may have
Qualifications:
PUC/Graduation
Good communication skills required
Should be flexible working for graveyard shift
Working Days: 5 Days (2 Rotational Offs)
Cab Facility: 2-way cab facility up to 20kms radius
Salary: Up to 15,500
