Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled International Semi-Voice/Non-Voice Technical Gaming Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international email communication and excellent English language skills. This role is responsible for providing technical support to our international gaming clients via email, chat and phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to gaming products and services
Provide clear and concise instructions to customers for troubleshooting and resolving issues
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issues
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent is required, a college degree is preferred
Experience in international email communication is required
Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to work in US shift, 5 days working and 2 rotational off
Location: Electronic City
Salary: 18K to 25K based on experience
Two-way cab will be provided within a radius of 25 km
