Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer support representative to join our international voice team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients in the United Kingdom. This is a night shift position, and the schedule will include 5 days of work with 2 rotational days off.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and issues in an efficient and effective manner
Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department or manager
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our database
Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
Qualifications:
PUC degree with experience, or a graduate degree for freshers (no BE/BTech)
VT 12 quality score
Excellent English communication skills, with experience in an international BPO being preferred.
Fresher’s – 16000
1-3 years of experience in customer support, with salary up to 40k
3-6 years of experience in customer support, with salary up to 50k
HR process includes a Versant test with a 60% cut off
Must be able to work in a rotational shift
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
