247.ai is looking for International Voice Executives for its Transform/Best Buy voice process. We are looking for both fresher and experienced candidates who can join us immediately. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and be able to handle customer queries effectively.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries
Follow call scripts and handle customer queries in a professional manner
Provide accurate and appropriate information to customers
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service
Meet targets and quality standards as per the process requirements
Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively
Ability to work in a team environment
Good problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Prior experience in a customer service or call center role will be an added advantage
Should have completed graduation (UG)
