Job Description
We are seeking a customer support representative with a minimum of 6 months experience in international voice process and excellent English communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information and assistance, and resolving customer complaints. This is a work from home position, based in Electronic City, with US shifts (5 days working and 2 rotational off).
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months experience in international voice process
Excellent English communication skills
Graduates and PUC students can also apply
Willingness to work in US shifts
Must be able to work from home
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance over the phone
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Meet or exceed performance goals and customer satisfaction targets
Benefits:
Salary starts from 28k th + 6k process allowance + 6k on C-SAT score +500 on attendance
Work from home option
Note: Domestic experience will not be considered for this position.
