247 Intouch is looking for an International Voice Process Associate with at least 6 months of experience in international voice processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and be able to handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities:

Answering customer inquiries via phone calls, email or chat
Providing customers with relevant information and assistance
Ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction
Resolving customer issues and complaints
Maintaining customer database and records
Collaborating with team members to achieve set targets
Adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements:

At least 6 months of experience in international voice processes
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Basic computer and typing skills
Flexibility to work in US Shifts
Graduates and PUC holders can also apply
