We are looking for experienced Mortgage FORA Voice Process Executives with excellent communication skills and US voice experience to join our team. As a Mortgage FORA Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding their mortgage accounts.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding their mortgage accounts
Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns they may have
Verify customer information and update their accounts as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Meet performance targets and goals set by the company
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English
Minimum of 1 year of US voice experience in a mortgage process
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
Must have all semester graduation marks card
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Familiarity with mortgage process terminologies and procedures
Good typing speed and computer skills
Should have VT12 quality
Willing to work in a fixed night shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM) with weekends off
Salary and Benefits:
CTC up to 4.5 LPA (based on previous CTC)
Take-home salary up to 32k per month
